OM9653-11 is a 5GHz front-end module (FEM) integrating a 5GHz power amplifier (PA) with a superior linear output power, a 5GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA), a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch intended for mobile/router 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax applications. 

Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a 5V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput. Receive path uses the optimal technologies to improve Rx sensitivity through the low noise figure performance. 

The OM9653-11 is provided in a compact 3.0 x 3.0 mm2, 16- Pin package. The block diagram is illustrated as below.
