OM9623-11 is a 2.4GHz front-end module (FEM) integrating a 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA) with a superior linear output power, a 2.4GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA), a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch intended for mobile/router 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax applications.
Performance is focused on optimizing the PA for a 5V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput. Receive path uses the optimal technologies to improve Rx sensitivity through the low noise figure performance.
The OM9623-11 is provided in a compact 3.0 x 3.0 mm2, 16-Pin package. The block diagram is illustrated as below.
