OM71353 is a non-synchronous buck converter with 570KHz switching frequency, supports an input voltage range of 3.5V to 28V, and can provide a maximum continuous current of 5A. The device achieves high-efficiency operation by integrating low RDS(ON) MOS internally, and maximizes efficiency under light load conditions by enabling PSM (Power Save Mode).

The device uses peak current mode control. Prevent surge current and overcharge voltage that may occur during the startup process by customizing the soft-start time.

The device features multiple protection modes such as overcurrent limit, input undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown.

OM71353 is packaged in eSOP8L and has a rated junction temperature range of -40 - 150℃.
