OM71231 and OM71231F is a synchronous buck converter with a pseudo-fixed switching frequency that supports input voltages from 4.5V to 18V and can provide a maximum continuous current of 3A. High-efficiency operation is achieved by internally integrating low RDS(ON) MOS. OM71231 uses Power Save Mode to maximize the efficiency at light load. 

The devices adopt ACOT control mode to achieve fast transient response and adapt to the use of low ESR output capacitors. 

The devices feature comprehensive protection features such as overcurrent limiting, input undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature shutdown. 

OM71231 and OM71231F are packaged in TSOT-23-6 and have a rated junction temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
