OM71134 is a synchronous buck converter that supports an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and supports a maximum load current of 3A. It supports 100% duty cycle operation and an output voltage range of 0.6V to VIN.

The device uses constant on-time control (COT) to achieve excellent load and line transient response. Loop stability can be achieved without additional compensation devices, reducing the number of peripheral components.

The device operates at a frequency of 1.2MHz. The high switching frequency can effectively reduce the size of peripheral components and circuit costs, enabling compact PCB designs.

OM71134 reduces conduction losses through internal integration of low RDS(ON) power MOS to achieve high-efficiency operation, and reduces the switching frequency under extremely light load conditions by entering Sleep Mode, thereby improving light load efficiency.

The device has multiple protection functions such as thermal shutdown, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, and input undervoltage lockout to ensure its long-term reliable operation.

OM71134 adopts a QFN1.5*1.5-7 package and has a rated junction temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
