OM71111 is a synchronous buck converter with a switching frequency of 2.25MHZ, supports an input voltage of 2.5V-5.5V, and can provide a maximum continuous current of 1A.

The device achieves high-efficiency operation by internally integrating low RDS(ON) power MOS. The high switching frequency can effectively reduce the size of the device's peripheral components to achieve small PCB area applications.

The devices feature comprehensive protection features such as overcurrent limiting, input undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature shutdown.

OM71111 requires a minimum number of off-the-shelf external components and saves space SOT23-5 package and specified from a -40℃ to 125℃ junction temperature.
