The OM1911-11 is a DiFEM integrated with SAW filters and SP7T+SP8T antenna switches. The OM1911-11 covers WCDMA/LTE bands1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 5, 40, 41, and contains 4 AUX output. The OM1911-11 supports downlink carrier aggregation combinations: B1+B3; B3+B7, B1+B7, B1+B3+B7, B2+B7, B66+B7, B1+B3+41, B1+B3+B40, B40+B41, B7+B40. The OM1911-11 is compatible with MIPI 3.0 RFFE control interface. This part is packaged in a compact LGA 3.0mm x 3.2mm x 0.65mm package. A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The pin configuration are shown in Figure 2. Signal pin assignments and functional pin descriptions are provided in Table 1.
