OM8741M-91 is a single-pole four-throw (SP4T) high power switch with a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) in a miniature 1.1 × 1.1 × 0.4 mm LGA package. The OM8741M-91 is ideally suited for applications where high linearity, low insertion loss, and small size are required. Typical applications are for handset systems that connect separate transmit and receive functions to a common antenna, as well as other related handset and general purpose applications. OM8741M-91 can be used in all systems operating up to 6.0 GHz requiring high power. A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1.
