HS8325 Power Amplifier Module (PAM) is a fully matched 10-pad surface mount module developed for Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) and NB-IoT applications. This small and efficient module covers824-849 MHz bandwidth operation with a single compact package. Due to high efficiency attained throughout the entire power range with APT operation, the HS8325extend talk-time greatly. The HS8325 meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA), High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA). An integrated directional coupler eliminates the need for any external coupler.
