Product Description
The HS8892 is a Quad Band CMOS GSM/GPRS/EDGE Multi-Mode Transmit Module with six TRX ports. The front end module integrates high performance CMOS PAs with controller, a low insertion loss SP8T, and ESD filter. Internal 50Ω matching, and harmonic filtering circuit integrated on-chip eliminating the needed for external components, simplifying layout and reducing board space. The devices packaged in a small LGA package (6mm x 6mm x 0.82mm).
