HS8308E Power Amplifier Module (PAM) is a fully matched 10-pad surface mount module developed for WCDMA, CDMA and NB-IoT applications. This small and efficient module can covers 814-915 MHz bandwidth operation with a single compact package. Due to high efficiency attained throughout the entire power range with APT operation, the HS8308E extend talk-time greatly. The HS8308E meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA), High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA). An integrated directional coupler eliminates the need for any external coupler.
