OM72709 is a very stable linear voltage regulator device with an ultra-low quiescent current as low as 1.5uA, and has a shutdown current of 200nA after the IC is turned off by EN. This makes the device suitable for operation in systems requiring low idle state power consumption.
It includes comprehensive protection features such as internal current limit, reverse-current protection, input undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown.
The OM72709 series is available in DFN6L and SOT23-5 packages and specified from a -40 ℃ to 125 ℃ junction temperature.
