HS8727-91 is a SOI CMOS MMIC single pole two throw (SP2T) high power switch in a low cost miniature 1.1 mm × 0.7 mm × 0.38 mm DFN6L package. The HS8727-91 is ideally suited for applications where high linearity, low insertion loss, and small size are required. Typical applications are for handset systems that connect separate transmit and receive functions to a common antenna, as well as other related handset and general purpose applications. HS8727-91 can be used in all systems operating up to 6 GHz requiring high power at low control voltage. A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1.
